Paypal Without Credit Card

If you buy, sell and intend to be paid online, then you need a Paypal account. A big bulk of internet buying, selling and paying transactions now are coursed through Paypal and there is a reason for this, it makes life easier for both the buyer and the seller.

There are still a few sites who do not accept Paypal but this is rare, many have been put off because a seller doesn’t accept Paypal, and have purchased the same products elsewhere.

To apply for a PayPal account you need to set up and link your account (usually a credit card account) and enter your 3 digit card security number. The verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.

A regular ATM card does not have this verification number so this cannot be linked to Paypal. For those who do not have a credit card (or does not qualify for one), it's a good thing that there's the Eon cyber account. To get one, just go to your nearest Union Bank branch. Bring a photocopy of 2 valid ID cards, copied back to back. Fill up the application form and depending on your location wait for 1 to 3 weeks for your card to arrive.

A Union Bank Eon cyber account is a Visa electron debit card. Unlike a regular bank account, you are not charged a fee for falling below the required minimum maintaining balance because there isn't any. You just have to pay the P 350 annual fee when you claim your card.

So if you have long wanted to buy that gadget you saw on eBay or expect to be paid for your blog, go get that Union Bank Eon card now.
